We have a team of experts with +10 years’ experience in sourcing pearls from different places around the world. Such as Japanese Akoya from Japan (known as the most expensive and luxury pearls), Freshwater Pearls from China (China has hundreds of years of experience producing cultured pearls, and produces +99% of cultured pearls in the world with the finest grade), Tahitian Pearls from French Polynesian Islands etc.

We only selected AAA and AAAA grade pearls to make each piece. By sourcing the pearls from their origins directly, our customer can enjoy the finest quality and the best price available.

This is something we are proud of. Each piece is handmade by our craftsmen who have +10 years’ experience in fine jewellery making industry, and the way they made our every single piece is no different as the fine jewellery. We have studios in the UK and Asia (Hong Kong and Mainland China), and our craftsmen handmade each piece to satisfy our quality standard.

The whole process involves at least 6 steps if not more, which is complicated and requires patience and dedication. Our craftsmen respect the precious gifts from the nature, and are strived to make each piece to reflect the beatufy of the pearls. We consider it is not a process of manufacturing but art piece making. Each piece is unique and personal.

Within 1-YEAR of purchase, if there is any found manufacturing defect, we can offer a FREE replacement or repairment.

1. The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. 
2. We can only replace the similar items subject to its availability. If the items were out of stock or stopped production, we can offer the customers other items in similar styles with similar price.
3. The customers need to pay the 2-way shipping fees for the replacement/repair.

30 DAYS FREE Return & Exchange Policy

If you want to change other item(s) or simply don’t want it, please return to us in their original conditions with 30 DAYS of purchase and we will proceed your requests.

U.K Domestic:

We will pay the return shipping fee for each customer for any reasons of return. Just contact us with your order information (order reference/product information) and we will send you a pre-paid envelop for the return. Please contact us: infor@soundofpearlslondon.com

Other Countries:

We will deduct 15 Pounds shipping fees if the customers would like us to provide shipping label, or the customers can send the parcel to our UK warehouse at their own cost and we will issue full refund once we receive the original order.

. Any unpaid parcels may not be accepted by the warehouse and cause the return & refund unsuccessful. Please contact our customers’ service at infor@soundofpearlslondon.com stating the order reference and the returned items information. Our customers’ service will instruct the returning process to you.

Notes:

. Please allow 14 working days to proceed with your refund once we receive your return parcels with goods in original conditions.

. All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.   

. The original tax & shipping cost (if any) is not refundable.

. For exchange of new items, if the price is different as the original one, you may need to pay the difference (or if the new price is lower than the original one, we will refund the difference). Please note that, we will only send the new item (s) once we receive the returned item (s)
