Shipping Fees:

FREE Global Shipping for all purchase, No Minimum Spending Required

Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time: Up to 3 business days after full payment. After the processing is completed, your parcel will dispatch from our warehouse and you could track the shipping information.

Shipping time:

.  For the UK domestic customers, the shipping time would be: 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail/Yodel/Hermes.

.  For the US customers the shipping time would be: 6-9 business days

.  For the European customers the shipping time would be：5-9 business days

.  For Asian customers, the shipping time would be: 5-7 business days.

We offer free next day delivery service when order is above 99 pounds (only for the items in the next day delivery collection), please contact us to upgrade to this service. Please note that the next day delivery service is only available for working days orders, weekend orders will be proceeded on Monday.

For most of other countries, the shipping time is around 7-12 business days, but we need to take consideration for some unexpected situation.

How to Track My Items?

You will receive an email with the tracking information after the order has been processed.

Notes:

. Delivery to India is currently unavailable

. We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

. Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during peak seasons.

. Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
