At Sound of Pearls London, we are proud to make affordable-priced pearls jewellery with the highest quality, that’s why we are confident to offer our customers FREE 1-YEAR warranty. Within 1-YEAR of purchase, if there is any found manufacturing defect, we can offer a FREE replacement or repairment.
Notes:
- The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts.
- We can only replace the similar items subject to its availability. If the items were out of stock or stopped production, we can offer the customers other items in similar styles with similar price.
- The customers need to pay the 2-way shipping fees for the replacement/repair.
